Pat’s Palate Pleasers is a catering business located in Cochrane Alberta, owned and operated by Pat Parker.   We cater exclusively at the Cochrane RancheHouse.

With over 25 years of experience in the food industry, we provide clients with a gourmet home cooked menu.

We use only the finest ingredients and we try to source local food and produce as much as we can.  We were named one of the first Sustainability Champions in Cochrane.

Our beef is all AAA Sterling Silver and aged a minimum of 28 days. ( We are getting a reputation for our Smoked Prime Rib!)

Our staff is courteous, efficient and well trained.  They go the ‘extra mile’ to make your event an event to remember!
